Dr Catherine Wiering
Dr Catherine Wiering is a caring and gentle dentist with ten years experience. She enjoys meeting and treating a wide range of patients and in getting to know her patients as individuals to cater for their needs. She places a strong focus on preventative dentistry and has a holistic approach to deliver the best possible outcome for each patient.
She enjoys working with patients to achieve optimal dental health and also improve aesthetics as desired. Using porcelain and resin veneers or orthodontics to improve the appearance of a patient’s teeth is an area of special interest to her. She has been privileged to work with many patients where changing their smile has made a large impact in their lives.
She also enjoys seeing children of all ages and has a passion for making the experience of visiting a dentist enjoyable. She desires to see young people growing up and preventing dental disease rather than treating it.
In the same way she makes it a priority to spend time working with anxious patients and help them come to the place where they can comfortably visit the dentist. This enables them to receive necessary treatment and then become regular attenders for long term preventative care.
She was born and raised in the North East of Adelaide and still lives in the area with her husband and three young kids. During their spare time they love getting outside in their garden or exploring different areas around Adelaide. When she gets a rare moment to herself she also enjoys sewing and reading books.
